We are looking for a Digital Product Owner within the Euromaster Group headquarters located in Lyon (France). This permanent position (CDI) is to be filled as soon as possible.

As part of the Group Digital Marketing team, the Digital Product Owner defines the product vision and roadmap of key B2B digital assets. She/he identifies and deploys new digital initiatives. This position includes a special role in leading our B2B digital roadmap for both our franchised and owned network in 18 countries in Europe.

Your main activities will be:

Contribute to the product strategy

● Co-construct the vision and product strategy in the short, medium and long term in collaboration with the Business performance and IT teams

● Feed the product strategy and the teams with insights gathered (user interviews, data, competitive intelligence, etc.)

● Embody the product strategy and spread it within the group and our partners

● Communicate to various stakeholders the impact of our products on the company's strategic objectives

 

Lead the B2B digital roadmap

● Work on the B2B digital roadmap with sales and marketing teams to identify challenges and opportunities in the current customer experience

● Analyse user behaviour and expectations through interviews, surveys and feedbacks

● Own the B2B digital product backlog: Evaluate and prioritise product opportunities based on their potential impact on user experience and business value

● Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI and technical) to ensure that insights gained from discovery are translated into concrete functionalities tailored to users

● Conduct a macro scoping phase with the technical teams, taking into account complexity and user value

 

Manage product delivery to build best solution and measure its impact

● Coordinate the design of new functionalities with all stakeholders (Business, IT, UX...)

● Supervise the delivery cycle to meet deadlines and ensure the quality of deliverables

● Guarantee the value and quality of the solutions provided

● Coordinate product launches with the teams in charge of change management

 

Measure and analyse digital product impact

● Measure the impact of new features and analyse how they are used, with a view to continually optimizing the product

● Recurring performance monitoring for digital management Europe (weekly, monthly & annually)

● Implementation/integration of application components (configuration, data migration, etc.)

● Ad hoc analyses based on business news & needs: in-depth analysis of certain locales, categories or business opportunities

● Identifying and monitoring opportunities for optimising dashboards and reports in partnership with the Integration team

● Build and leverage the knowledge of the countries by sharing best practices

With a Master degree in Marketing / Digital, you have 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B Digital. An experience in an international Group would be appreciated.

You are an expert in digital product management and B2B digital activity, and demonstrate strong skills in project management, as well as digital analytics. You are recognized for your ability to achieve your goals and your analytical thinking. You contribute well as a team member within an international matrixed organization. Your ability to organize team work, as well as your excellent communication, are essential assets for your success. You are fluent in French and with a very good level in English.
